Alberta Government Provides funding so you can receive the homeCare of your choice.
Alberta‘s CDHCI (Client Directed Home Care Invoicing) Program is an initiative by Alberta Blue Cross that approves individuals for funding for their care at home and provides them freedom in choosing their own healthcare provider.
What is CDHCI program?
The Client Directed Home Care Invoicing (CDHCI) program allows eligible Albertans to receive funding from Alberta Health Services and choose their own care provider – Nurse2Go
Instead of being assigned a caregiver, you stay in control.
How it works?
- You are assessed by Alberta Health Services. Your AHS Case Manager approves and allocates a set number of hours for the funding.
- You are approved for CDHCI funding for the allocated hours.
- You choose your own care provider like Nurse2Go.
